ALEXANDRA MORRISON

Alexandra started dancing at the age of four and was trained primarily in the San Diego area in the disciplines of ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, gymnastics and cheerleading.  Some of her favorite performance experiences include performing in Super Bowl pregame and halftime shows, dancing as Peter in Peter Pan and particiapting in countless productions of the Nutcracker.  Alexandra attended the University of California at Berkeley where she earned her bachelor's degree in Mass communications with a minor in Education. 

While at Berkeley, Alexandra was a member and choreographer of two different dance groups on campus as well as a member, choreographer and Artistic Captain for the California Dance Team.  After college, she danced for Royal Caribbean International on board the Empress of the Seas, performing swing and salsa revue shows in the southern Caribbean.  She is currently training at the Academy of Performing Arts in San Diego, dancing for the Caburlesque Kittens and performing regularly at Sea World San Diego.  Alexandra started teaching ballet in 2001 and has taught at various studios in the San Diego area; she is looking forward to sharing her experiences and knowledge with the students at Infinity Dance Arts.
